• If customs fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be treated as non-refundable.
• Any shipping or return costs incurred due to customs refusal will not be covered or reimbursed.
• Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping and handling fees before an item can be resent or any further requests processed.
• Any customer who refuses to pay customs duties, returns a parcel due to unpaid charges, or initiates a chargeback for this reason will be permanently banned from placing future orders on www.anzclothing.com.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fully informed about — and prepared to pay — any customs charges related to their delivery.Any rejected parcels due to customs rejection will not be refunded.
