Processing and dispatch
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm UK time may be processed the following business day.
Only our asymmetric skirts, in all colours, are pre-order. Their dispatch information is shown on the relevant product page. Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Delivery costs
Delivery is shown in the currency you check out in. Amounts marked “about” are converted at checkout using the day’s exchange rate, so they can vary slightly. Small parcel rates apply to orders weighing up to 0.75kg. Some items fulfilled by our production partners have separate rates; mixed orders may have combined shipping charges. Your final delivery cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- European Union, United States and Australia: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE: 5–10 business days
- Other supported destinations: 7–21 business days
These are estimates. Busy periods, public holidays and customs processing can cause delays.
Tracking
We will email your tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, duties and import taxes
United States: import duties are calculated and shown as a separate line at checkout. ANZ pays them to US customs on your behalf, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. US sales tax is not charged.
European Union and Jersey: import duties are included in the price. Applicable import taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Canada, Switzerland and other international destinations: we do not collect import duties or import taxes at checkout. Your local customs authority or courier may charge these on delivery; any such charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Delayed orders and contact
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email info@anzclothing.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.
