Return Policy
At ANZ, we are committed to providing high-quality products through independent designers, premium materials, and a rigorous quality control process. Every item is carefully inspected before packaging to ensure it meets our standards.
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- All purchases (excluding swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories) are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving the last package from your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all original components. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being denied.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Any unauthorized return (one that has not been approved by our customer service team) will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Swimwear, underwear, and panties (unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered).
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items donated to charity through our store.
- Items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its collection.
If your return is approved for an item that is defective or incorrect, you must submit photographic evidence via email to info@anzclothing.com before returning the item.
Returns Due to Customs Duty Rejection
Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the laws of your country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is rejected due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping costs are charged to us. As a result, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly advise all customers to review their country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
Return & Refund Process
1. Contact Us
Before returning any item, you must email us at info@anzclothing.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed reason for the return
- Photos showing any defect (if applicable)
2. Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Do not return items without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.
3. Return the Item
Ship the item in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method via your local post office. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refund or Exchange
- Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method.
- If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Important Notes
- Unauthorized Returns: Any return sent without prior approval will not be processed and may be rejected.
- Return Address: The address on your parcel is not the return address. Always contact our customer service team for the correct return address.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7 days after the return is received and verified. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy. By placing an order with ANZ, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
